Israeli airstrikes have hit several locations in southern Lebanon, including areas around Wadi Barghaz and Mahmoudieh.

Further Israeli strikes and large detonations were also reported in towns across the south. The continuing attacks come despite ceasefire arrangements intended to reduce fighting between Israel and Lebanon.

Repeated military operations continue to place southern Lebanese communities under pressure and raise fears that the conflict could intensify again.
